Avi has served as a donor advisor and as a grantee during her 15+ years in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, at The Bridgespan Group, she helped donors mobilize $100M+ to US-based nonprofits. In her prior roles, she led grantmaking, developed an impact framework for a private foundation, and managed agency-wide data systems/analysis at NYC child welfare agency under Mayor Bloomberg. She combines her experience as an advisor and as a practitioner in the nonprofit sector to develop a pragmatic approach to giving.

Ritesh is a technology leader with a track record of delivering outsized business impact in multiple technology companies and venture-backed startups in healthcare, transportation, supply chain. Until recently, he led global pricing teams for Eats and Rides at Uber where he led the transition to AI-based algorithmic pricing that delivered growth and profitability for the company. He leads AI and Eng teams at multiple venture backed startups.
