Avi has served as a donor advisor and as a grantee during her 15+ years in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, at The Bridgespan Group, she helped donors mobilize $100M+ to US-based nonprofits.
In her prior roles, she led grantmaking and developed an impact framework for a private foundation, and managed agency-wide data systems and analysis at a NYC child welfare agency under Mayor Bloomberg.
She combines her experience as an advisor and as a practitioner in the nonprofit sector to develop a pragmatic approach to giving.
