Avi has 15+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector, both as a grant recipient and as an advisor to donors. Most recently, she served as a Senior Manager at Bridgespan helping donors articulate their giving goals and give $100M+ in the U.S.Â
In her prior roles, Avi developed core IP and care strategy as the Chief Solutions Officer at a nonprofit healthcare startup, managed agency-wide data systems and analysis for the NYC Child Welfare system under the Bloomberg administration, and developed an impact framework for a private foundation.
